How it works
Visa Token Service and Mastercard Digital Enablement Service provide network tokens for their respective cards. GYB Connect uses the token within the supported payment configuration.
The customer agrees to save a card for future payments.
The card’s network provisions a token linked to the underlying account.
A subsequent payment uses that token through the supported processing flow.
The card issuer evaluates the payment and returns its decision.
Lifecycle management
When the underlying card changes, a network lifecycle update can keep the existing token usable. The next renewal can use that credential without asking the customer to save the replacement card again.
