Connected reconciliation
Send a payment link by SMS from the Virtual Terminal. Your customer pays through Zelle and submits the transfer confirmation code. GYB Connect checks it against incoming payments in your connected business bank account.
Matched automatically when confirmed. The gateway updates the transaction once the incoming payment is matched.
Pending when a match needs your review. Your team can select the corresponding incoming payment from the available unmatched transactions. A matched payment cannot be applied to another transaction.
Card activity tells only part of the story when customers also pay in cash. Keeping both in one place helps your team review the business with better context.
